Roger Hedlund felt lucky to be an independent farmer. A family from the city spooked a herd of deer along the county road. A deer ran into the car and broke its leg. They put it in the trunk to go to the vet. It kicked its way into the car and they ran off the road near Darryl Tolerude's. Darryl shot it with his 22, but it got up and ran away. Ronnie found a silver ring in right field. Was this Babe Ruth's silver ring? Rumor got the value up to $35,000. It was Pastor Ingqvist's napkin ring. He and Judy got into a fight and he got mad and threw the ring away. They were fighting because Val Tolefsen had decided not to give the Pastor a raise. Marv took too much Enderol to calm himself for teaching driver training to Tracy Halvorsen. He woke up with the car in the middle of a field with Tracy crying. He assumed he'd touched her inappropriately. She was really worried about flunking driver-ed. The car was charged by a three-legged deer.
